Message	You can usually just tap a punch on the end so the bit doesnt slip, and run a few different sized left handed bits down the bolt (stepping up from small) just keep doing this. It will get so thin on the outsides you can usually drive a small flat headed screwdriver down on of the sides of the bolt and it will crack it.
